New caver from Kentucky!

Sup guys!

I moved to Bowling Green, Kentucky a couple of years ago and went to Mammoth and Lost River caves and was hooked. I've been in one small cave with some friends since then, no idea what the name of the cave is though. Pretty sure it's connected to Lost River somehow. But now I'm hooked. I'm looking into joining the Green River Grotto ASAP and gettin' into it.

Was googling the equipment that I should get and it brought me to these forums!

Welcome to caving and to Cave Chat. Please join the local grotto and learn to cave softly and safely. The NSS HQ is in Huntsville - you should visit sometime. Bowling Green is a great place to live for an up and coming caver. All the big stuff in western KY, plus only a three hour drive to TAG. I hope you have as much fun as I have had and build a lot of good friendships through caving. Cavers are good people...
