Hello everyone!
I am a long time caver here in Hart Co but I have been out of the caving scene for the last ten years. Traveling with my job kept me to far away and too busy. But now I am back home for good, and I am ready to get back underground. I have been checking out the forum and have enjoyed the information exchange, I will be sure to come back often.I am expecting my first trip to be in Ropple Cave at the end of December. I cant wait! !!

Sorry about the posts needing approval. We have that feature in there so that spammers are held at bay. You *seem* not to be a spammer
so the moderators OKed you. But for some reason it kept having you need to have your posts approved.
Hopefully that won't happen anymore. We'll be looking for any post approval alerts. PM one of the mods if this keeps up.

I had a last minute chance to do Ropple Cave a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately most of our cave gear was stashed in a different cave that we already had a trip planned for. I'd really like to get involved with some of the great cave projects (which happen to be the most exclusive) here in Ky. I've been considering to join the CRF, do you know those folks well?

Yes I have caved with the CRF as well as the CKKC. If you want to be a contributor to the project go to the CRF web site. You will find all the nessary contact information you need to get started. The CRF is a great place to get serious with KY caving, plus the food and accommodations are not to shabby either.
