I contacted Sean. Carl B and I purchased early versions of the Dusi, before comer ial release. He has a new version of the firmware on his website, and recommended I load it. Doing so doesn't look like a simple task, but I will give that a try.

I'll try to bring my copy of the videos to the grotto meeting, but I'm betting the issue is the codecs loaded on our individual machines.
