The reason that Graphical User Interfaces were invented was so that users wouldn't have to run programs with command-line interfaces - like Therion. You really can't expect Mac users to use a command-line interface. The Integrated Development Environment for the Mac is XCode. It's very easy to develop a Mac interface with XCode / Interface Builder. It's easy to call terminal commands from C/Objective C. Also you could build the program as a build phase in XCode, saving users from the trouble of having to build the application. You should build Therion as a modern application bundle with a rich GUI.

Dear friend, I'm a Mac user. From year 1992.

To build Therion as a modern application bundle with a rich GUI, no one is obstructing you. But the conditions are it will be free, multi-platform and back compatible.

What is more important than rich GUI is analysis of problem of documentation of complex cave systems. And that is the main reason I use Therion.
