Call for Abstacts - State Cave Survey Session at Convention

This session provides a platform for people to discuss the organization and current status of organized state-level cave surveys. This year, the focus is upon data. Abstracts are solicited that present the current statistics or structure of state-level databases, or discuss methods for collecting, archiving, and disseminating data. If you have ever wondered what a State Cave Survey is, or thought about joining or forming one, this is the session for you. After our scheduled presentations, we will have a period of open discussion.
Anyone doing a presentation should provide an abstract, up to 250 words, for the Convention Program. Please be sure that it is a summary of conclusions and results, not merely a statement of what the presentation is about. The deadline for abstracts is May 15. Please send abstracts to Lee Florea at lflorea@bsu.edu
