I've got to renew my subscription to Canadian Caver. It's a quality publication, and the recent articles on British Columbia's "Close to the Edge" cave system will really raise your hair! The approach march sounds brutal. Some recent coverage of Castleguard Cave has made great reading as well. There have been some great info on caves in the Vancouver Island area (near next years NSS Convention) that may pique Yank caver interest in visiting our northern neighbors.
Just remember your passport!

Thanks for a great post. Being disabled, I'm a paper caver,
and when I can travel karst like you posted, it's as close as
I'll ever be to the real thing. :) I take what you guys report
and put it into paintings and poetry. Pass it around to others
who think caving, painting and poetry is a little odd for a nice
girl like me. :bat: But this old earth sure has some magnificent
experiences in it...

Thanks for some great links! No passport necessary... free
as the spirit of man..... Merrill

P>S> Can you believe the Spell Check says "karst" should
be spelled "karts" !?!?!?!?!
