All The Dark Places

Has anyone out there ever read this book? I believe it was published in 1968-69? Authored by J. Allan Bosworth. The first time I read it I was 10 years old. I've read it a few times after that but haven't seen it since my twenties. I thought it was a very good story and should be required reading for all cavers. Takes place around Salem, VA in a cave called Preacher's End...ring a bell anyone?
