I don't know if this is still a timely post...
The Springs books doesn't have much (anything?) on Judy Springs. It lists the spring as McDonald Spring and has the location way wrong--in the northern part of the valley, not west of the quarry.
You're far better off just talking to Gordon Brace about the spring.
I measured the flow once, below the quarry. It was 1762 gallons per minute. I beleive I decribed the water flow as being on the low side.
I'd also be interested in any articles (for The West Virginia Caver) you want to write on the hydrology of the valley.
