If you want to see a great photo look on the INSIDE cover of this months NSS News by Alan Cressler in Jess Elliott Cave. THAT is an award winner !!! Absolutely incredible! I shot that very same spot about two years prior but didn't shoot it like that. Salon judges take note of what a great quality photo looks like.

Agreed! That photo really blew me away. I'd love to find out more about how the model was lit with apparently very little spill.

Agreed! Outstanding! The photo stopped me in my tracks (well, my half-paying attention page-turning) and I couldn't help but study it for quite a while.

It makes me feel like I am looking out through the mouth of great white shark.

This is my image of the same place shot some two years previous. It is at a leftward angle than that of Alan's and I don't recall any water in the pool on that day. While I think this is a good shot it is not the exemplary photo of Alan's.

When I saw the photo I thought *bleck* another photoshop painting pretending to be a photo. It looked very pixilated and fake. Maybe that was just an effect of the water.
