NSS patch on BSA uniform

I'd like to put my NSS patch on my uniform somewhere, probably above the left pocket, and was wondering if it's okay to put a non scout patch on your uniform.

The BSA Uniform Police would probably say "NO". But that's not me. You can put it there and claim ignorance if anyone give you a problem about it, and you may never see them again.
However, there is nothing in the uniform documents that I found that says anything about the back of the shirt. When I was a Venturing Crew Advisor I had a big Bat Patch on the back with an NSS patch and a Philly Grotto patch. Personally, I think it looked pretty good there.

Luckily my troop is pretty lenient so I don't think it will bother them much. The back of the uniform is a good idea though, I might do that.

Can you post a picture when your done? I think it's a good idea that needs to be spread around.

Sure, I just got a new uniform so I'll be sewing patches on soon. I might try and get a few more because I feel just the NSS patch on the back wouldn't look that great.
