How much do they weigh with the steel toe?

Are they lined?

How does the sizing compare to an "average" shoe or boot?

Ah... there are more sizes without steel toe on "page 2"...

Do people cave in steel toes? I wonder if the additional "safety" is worth the extra weight.

The steel toe is very minor weight...very minor and well worth it. I have been using this boot for a few years now and it is fantastic!

Sizing---I wear a 15 and I have been buying 14's but I had to put two pair of socks(thick) for them so my next trip into Zic at the end of Sept. I am moving to a size 13. What I would recommend is trying to find a Tractor Supply store and fitting them there. I have looked at some of the others but the Servus XTP is really the choice to go with.

Lining---they are not lined

...but the one thing I can say for certain is once you try them you won't cave with any other boot.

Do they have a steel shank too or just the toe?

Yes they have a steel shank.

Those look awesome! Finally, a boot I can use to cave and to process my poultry.

They truly kick ass!

The edges are stiff giving them the ability to cut up steep mud slopes nicely.

The bottom tred sticks to rock better than any boot I have ever used.

They are high enough to walk through most of the small streams that we encounter, and if they do get dunked it is as simple as sitting down and propping the foot a bit to drain then away we go again.

Plus the material they are made from is exceptionally tough.

They don't come in half sizes or in wide widths, damn that's too bad.
