Just for fun, what's in your pack?

What do I carry??:

lets see:

spare light (petzl tikka) attached to helmet.

spare batteries for mainlight and backup light.

First aid kit: 2 tampons, about 20 feet of gaffa tape, space blanket and some ibuprofen tablets.

2 lucozaid gel packs - roughly about 750ml (3/4 of a pint imperial.)

A couple of cereal bars and a bag of trail mix.

compass and whistle.

cave survey if I happen to have one (usually laminated and stuffed down a wellie boot.)

SRT kit and knife where necessary.

Photo kit:

7 liter darren drum* with camera and a small tripod.

that's about it for my pack which is a warmbac 50m rope bag.

It all goes in the rope/tackle bag, if I'm not carrying photo equipment all of the stuff goes in the darren drum and the srt kit on top.

cave lite and carry no bag is what I aim to do on most short trips, but if its an all dayer then the handbag comes along.
