Dude, unless I'm much mistaken I don't think they're "custom" boots. Mark mentioned importing them from Europe and reselling them to US cavers.

These "Joop boots" are available in Europe from Etche. They are called Mic Canyon shoes. Perhaps people who want them should contact the company direct and find out if anybody else imports them into the US, or if they can do direct orders.
