LINK Who knows if we'll ever see it mass produced but it sure does look interesting. There is a video of AA sized water battery powering a flashlight at the link above.

Scott,

The life preservers we flew with in the Air force had a cell that, when dunked in water, would generate electricity to power a small locator light.

Seems this guy is a bit behind the times.
