I emailed Petzl about replacing the cam on my microcender and they said they didn't sell a replacement cam, which is contrary to what Hank Moon had advised me in a different thread. I figured, what the hey, so I emailed Hank and I got a replacement cam in the mail for free, due to the mixup. Thanks Hank! I'm glad to see vendors stand behind their products, even if they need a little nudge.
