I am building an integrated LED setup for my caving helmet.
I have pretty much everything figured out but the switches. Since this is a fairly wet environment, I need to a really good waterproof sticky switch.

Any thoughts, ideas or advice?

I guess you know that the standard manufacturers, like Zebralight, build a headlamp with battery compartment, switch, LED, and reflector. Some of us use the Zebralight headlamp and its right-angle holder, discard the strap, and bolt it onto our helmet.
