CONCEPT FRIDAY - Slip-On Gear Loop FINAL

Postby Rick Brinkman » Jan 13, 2012 10:26 am

Here is the final version of the gear loop. It's based on the 2 inch anti-slip webbing system used by the Comfort Strap Kit. I used 3/4 inch flat webbing for the attachment loops and the gear loop. Plastic tubing covers the gear loop.

If a caver would like to have the gear loop "stick out" a bit more, just install the Slip-On Gear Loop upside down.

I'm still thinking about it...but probably $7-8 each. I'm considering selling as pairs too....

What do you think?

Looks nice. I'd suggest offering them singly, even if you decide to sell pairs too.

I like the idea. I think selling as pair might be a good deal if someone wanted two. For myself I can't see that I would need two. Right now I don't even need one because my current harness has been adapted with an additional loop sewn on. . . but if I got a replacement harness I would buy one.

I'll be working on the website tomorrow. So.....Sunday afternoon at the latest.(unless I run into a big snafu setting up the new webpage(s).)

I'll post here when it's up and running.

The CCG website is now updated with the Slip-On Gear loop.

I do the website myself and I haven't worked with it for a while. If you see any problems(even minor ones)please let me know.

Looks like the page says they are $19, but the PayPal link and the drop-down menu say $8. Now, you better quit playing with your web page and make a bunch of these things.
