Petzl Duo- upgrade halogen to LED

I am still impressed with the old 14 insert. This insert has no spot but has a nice spread. For its age it seems to be fairly efficient. I have two CDs one that is 340 lumen that has the cut out for the old 14, 8 or 5 insert and also the newer full face. One advantage the has not been mentioned in this recent thread of the Custom Duos is that you can choose between cool white or warm white with the new full face inserts. I have one cool white on my CD 1003 and a warm white on my newer full face insert. Love them both.

+$26.00 for two tenergy 18650's and a charger and I'm in business!
Can't beat that!
And can't wait till it gets here!

I was just in a HUGE limestone mine and my current setup just couldnt light up those huge rooms. Well see how the sd does.
