I am planning to modify my Black Diamond Space Shot lamp.
http://www.moontrail.com/product.php?productid=1487 Since it runs off of 6 AA's or 9 volts, I was hoping to extend the power supply cord a few feet and install a connector to run off of a larger 9 volt system for more life or plugging in the AA for lighter weight. Anyone suggest a site (better than the Shack) that I can pick up electronic c supplies? Specifically matching the 3 wire bundled gray cord has been difficult locate. I have an email into Black Diamond...

Mike,
They probably have the cord custom made. If you were to find it you would probably have to spend 100.00 or more on it.
a list of some surplus electronic sellers :

Newark.com
Digikey.com
Hope this helps.
