Sorry to hear about the switch. Of a half dozen lamps I know of, this is the first failure for an HP10. Now we'll see how good the company stands behind the warantee.

as far as the diffuser goes. someone correct me if i'm wrong. you twist the head to adjust the throw/floodiness of the light. and thats why they don't make a diffuser for it.

Time for the correction, Diffusers are available for the HP20 Part # AD03

They contacted me back, just have to ship it in.

FYI I bought the HP10 through the fenix-store originally and they have a 2 year warranty on their items bought through them. Yet another reason I dont buy things off of www.cheapfenixlights.com to simply save $5. Sometimes buying cheaper from a different vendor off of the internet, in india, will cost you more in the long run when it comes to warranty claims.

ok so it works for that one but the HP10 and HL20 would be cheaper through the other site. by a few dollars.
