Sorry to hear about the switch. Of a half dozen lamps I know of, this is the first failure for an HP10. Now we'll see how good the company stands behind the warantee.

They contacted me back, just have to ship it in.

FYI I bought the HP10 through the fenix-store originally and they have a 2 year warranty on their items bought through them. Yet another reason I dont buy things off of www.cheapfenixlights.com to simply save $5. Sometimes buying cheaper from a different vendor off of the internet, in india, will cost you more in the long run when it comes to warranty claims.

I spend three dollars less on average to begin with then an additional 5% off. and free shipping and receive the same two year warranty that you get. through fenix-store.
