This auction is for one (1) climbing partner, in used condition. It is NOT for a Wren Industries Silent Partner belay device--this partner is anything but silent. It does, however, function on the most basic levels (can drive a stick shift and roll a cigarette). It is also purported to climb rocks and other obstacles, although it's been a long time since I've seen these capabilities put to use. Item may be in need of significant work. It is being sold "as is."

What this flip flops stuff? they're thongs! (standard safety footwear for everything from metalworkers to truck drivers, but generally worn where there is a danger of burning, cutting, crushing, etc feet or a danger of snake or spider bite) and not those other thongs before you ask!

Uh-huh, truck drivers wearing that other type of thong... scary mental picture!

Interesting that such simple footwear are known by so many names - flip-flops in the USA, thongs in Oz (but not the butt-floss type), jandals in NZ, and slippers in Hawaii.
