Why So Few British Cavers Visit Mammoth

Postby wvdirtboy » Apr 11, 2007 10:31 am

OK, so have you ever wondered why so few British cavers survey in Mammoth Cave each year. Well, I have the answer. Try this...
  • Go to maps.google.com
  • Click on directions
  • Enter "London" in the first box
  • Enter Mammoth Cave in the second box
  • Click "Get Directions"
  • Read Step 37

Guess that answers the question, doesn't it?

Edit: Don't read the replies until you try the above - there is a spoiler in the replies.

Seems a bit arse about face to me :argue:

Why bother going to France and then swim across the Atlantic ocean when there are plenty of JET PLANES that can take you for a fraction of the energy expenditure and time.
