If I HAD to pick just one, I think it would be: One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975)

My favorite horror movie would be, "The Dunwich Horror". This was produced back in the early seventies when access to high - tech effects were limited. Thus, the production relied more upon mental imagery - kind of like reading a book. Also, the scenery was filmed in a visually stunning location near the ocean, probably in the UK.
