Banff Film Festival

Postby Rick Brinkman » Nov 11, 2006 7:14 pm

I went to the Banff Film Festival last night in Great Falls, MT. Great collection of short outdoor movies. The fools that were ice climbing on icebergs was my favorite.

I HIGHLY recommend going if you are anywhere close.:kewl:

Here's the site with the schedule:

Caves are rare and precious things. Cavers...even more so. Treat each accordingly.

I've been going since 2002 and it is indeed a spectacular show. If you have a chance to see it locally, it is absolutely not to be missed. Some day I'd like to make it to the festival in Banff.

Did they plan the new "Urban Ape" movie? The first time I went they had a video of a guy named Timmy O'Neil doing some amazing "buildering." He walked around town and climbed everything. It was quite inspiring!
