Looks like production of light emitting fabric's are getting very close. I doubt these will be rugged enough for crawling.

Looking at the video makes me think how all the "models" were male and how the shirts had "boring" "spots" in the middle on the front. It made me think how electronic geeks could make truly offensive women's garments! Thank goodness I didn't have to watch a video of that!

Ahhh the things you can do with some EL wire and a little imagination. I imagine he's popped into a Dragoncon or two. :-)
