Crossfit

Any other crossfit cavers on here? I have been doing crossfit since January and it has really improved my fitness for caving and all my other outdoor adventures.

I have been wanting to for a couple years. But, it's too expensive here.

I understand. I have been fortunate to find a gym I can afford that has a great atmosphere.
If I were in your shoes, I would get some other interested friends, get the (minimalist) gear together, and do the scaled programming via the
