Looking for speleo publications

I am intersested in buying speleo publications. I would like to get back issues of the California Caver, Great Basin Grotto Newsletter and Speleo digest. I cave mostly in Nevada and Utah with some trips to Arizona and California so any publications with articles about these areas would interest me. Survey maps of caves in Nevada and Utah would also be of interest.

If you have any you are willing to part with or can easily copy (like the Great Basin Grotto newletter) I would greatly appreciate it.
