January, 1924 - "A Visit to Carlsbad Cavern, New Mexico" by Willis T. Lee. This is BEFORE Carlsbad Caverns was a National Park. This was the first real national attention to this cave. Pages 1 - 32. Fantastic photos !!! A fairly rare item. This copy is in excellent condition.
September, 1925 - "New Discoveries in Carlsbad Cavern" by Willis T. Lee. A follow up to the first article. Pages 301 - 320. Followed by "The Bats of the Carlsbad Caverns" by Vernon Bailey on pages 321 - 330. The cover is loose on this copy. Great photos !!!
December, 1948 - Lascaux Cave, Cradle of World Art" by Norbert Casteret. Pages 771 - 794. Great photos, including COLOR photos. Good condition.
March, 1953 - "Probing Ice Caves of the Pyrenees" by Norbert Casteret. Pages 391 - 404. Great photos. Excellent condition.
October, 1953 - "Carlsbad Caverns in Color" by Mason Sutherland and E. "Tex" Helm. Another CLASSIC !!! Pages 433 - 468. Great color photos. Excellent condition.
October, 1956 - "Life 8,000 Years Ago Uncovered in an Alabama Cave" by Carl Miller and Brooks Honeycutt. The story of Russell Cave which is now a National Monument. Pages 542 - 558. Great photos. Very good condition.
March, 1958 - "Russell Cave: New Light on Stone Age Life" by Carl F. Miller. A follow up to the first article. Pages 426 - 438. Great photos. Excellent condition.
That is seven (7) very historical cave issues of National Geographic. I'll set the starting bid at $14, only $2 a copy. All bids must be in even dollar amounts.
