Here is another great French book on vertical caving. "Men of Pierre Saint-Martin" by Jacques Attout was first published in French in 1954. This ENGLISH Edition was published in 1956. It is Hardbound, with a really nice Dust Jacket. It is 5.5" X 8.75" and 158 pages long. Nice maps and Black and White photos.

This copy was once owned by Peter M. Hauer and his name is stamped inside. My name and NSS number are also written inside the Front Cover. This is the remarkable story of the first descents of Pierre Saint-Martin, one of the world's deepest caves, both then and now. I think it is a very exciting read.

I will start this auction at $10. All subsequent bids must be in $2 increments. Shipping in a padded mailer will be $3 extra. No International Shipments, please.
