Puerto Rico Karst Conservation Act
To protect the critical aquifers and watersheds that serve as a principal water source for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, to protect the tropical forests of the Karst Region of the Commonwealth, and for other purposes. :banana:

This bill is in the first stage of the legislative process where the bill is considered in committee and may undergo significant changes in markup sessions. The bill has been referred to the following committees......

You might want to write your congressman to keep the bill alive, for it has gotten nowhere for several sessions of Congress.
