Are these mammary formations?

There are some globular formations in Watch Cave (FL) that do not look to me like the mammary formations I have seen in speleo-publications (see below). What are they, if not mammaries?

Anastamoses? they really dont look right for those either though

Anastomoses are speleogens. These are speleothems, and are bulbous stalactites,

Look more like potatoes, to me.

Maybe they are "Potatotites". :)
