I'm more than glad to help. As I can't make it up the mountain this year, I wanted to do something to help out. I'm fixing to run by Wally World and will give ya'll a gas price update shortly. Wife said it was $3.68 in Chickamauga when she came thru this evening.

Anyone planning to go caving in the Kimball/Jasper TN area can get gas for the return trip to the Cave-In here. I work at the Hospital just off I-24 at Exit 155 and gas at the Mapco there was $369.9 today and I stopped in Kimball on my way home and it was $369.9 at both the Raceway and the BP station there.

See everyone at the event. I have ACLS class tomorrow and it should be over by 5 PM Central time so I'll hopefully arrive at the Cave-In aroung 7 PM Eastern time.

I recommend using http://www.gasbuddy.com/ to help plan your trip and gas fill-ups. If passing through my neck of the woods (Knoxville), expect gas to be $3.29/gallon or thereabout. There is a Flying J just before reaching the I-40/I-75 split as you leave Knoxville that usually has the cheapest prices here, but I don't know what they are this morning.

Any word on individual campfires yet?

Sure did. It rained something like two inches the day before. We even had some soggy spots in the road. Perfect conditions for campfires.:campfire:

I second that! I had a thoroughly enjoyable time with Scott and Caveflower's family. Maybe next year I'll be ready for some vertical. Tumbling rock is an awesome cave.
