2008 convention

well, anyone know where the 2008 convention is?

i heard florida, at a CHURCH camp!

I also heard a revised bid from arkansas was in the works, that would be kool :kewl:

At it's March meeting, the Board accepted the bid by the Florida cavers for the 2008 Convention in Lake City, FL! :banana: Lake city is west of Jacksonville, in the north-central part of the state. Mark your calendars: August 11-15.

Hosting the Convention are the NSS Cave Diving Section, the Florida Speleological Society, and members of the Tampa Bay Area, Flint River, and Central Florida Grottos. :thanks:

The good news is that cabins will be available at the campground as an alternative to camping.......
