River Cave in Indiana, what to wear?

Caves and caving, beginning caving, joining the NSS, etc.

I guess we just got some bad info from then.

Next time I go I'll bring a beach ball and make some use out of that water ;).

if you use a small boat or canoe make sure that you pull it out of the water past the rapids the last time we used a canoe and didnt pull it up on the rocks far enough . the current took the canoe while we were in the cave for about 3-4 hrs, we had to swim out-the canoe was waiting for us at the waterfall we laughed all the home

Very good advise and BTW: an inner tube or similar devise is a pain in the butt to to "drag" thru the current going in. Laughed till it hurt at two buds who could'nt get a tube around a corner. They finally gave up, let the tube go and swam the rest of the way.
