Question for Illinois Cavers!

Postby jmo » Dec 11, 2005 3:36 am

I’m going to be visiting this great state this summer and I’m wondering if you had any advice on some good caves to visit.

Also are there any good website for caves in Illinois? I’ve searched Google and I didn’t find much.

Thanks for the info! I really appreciate it!

Hey, Justin, I can't believe nobody's responded to your post from this weekend. They're most likely caving. I'd recommend contacting Philip Moss &/or Tony Schmitt for the Illinois caving scoop., but be prepared for some serious mojo caving.

I'm in Chicago and I'll take you caving, if you'll take me next time I'm in Colorado. Do you have a wet suit?

I don't have a wet suit yet, but I'm sure I pick one up before summer rolls in.
Anytime that you come to Colorado let me know and we'll set up a trip.
