Looking for local cavers in Romania

I have a good friend who is in Romania for the next two years. He is a great athlete, climber and sometimes caver. He is living in Ploiesti (north of Bucharest) and would like to meet some local cavers. Anybody have any contacts or help?

We've got a few Romanians in our grotto, including a guy who's been very active there the past few years. PM me and I'll see if your friend can't be steered in the right direction.
