Shorter rappels at Whiteside in NC?

Are there any good rappel routes that are 600ft or less at Whiteside cliff in North Carolina? If yes, where?
Taking my kids camping near there this weekend and would be nice to let them rappel but my longest rope is 600' and I don't feel comfortable with them crossing knots (yet).
