Western Maryland/Western Pa. caves
Posted: Nov 30, 2022 7:50 amJust an update on some caves. Western Maryland first. Allegany County. Tanglefoot Cave, 2.1 miles, 500 feet vertical depth. Hole 19 Cave, 1.77 miles, 466 feet vertical depth. Bedford County Pa. Sliding Rock Cave 1.76 miles 460 feet vertical depth. Hole 19 Cave survey has been stopped by Maryland bureaucrats. Tanglefoot and Sliding Rock surveys are still on going. Many more project caves if we can get more manpower.
