Are these all one cave?

Postby tmazanec1 » Sep 6, 2014 7:25 pm

I see at a list of longest caves http://www.caverbob.com/wlong.htm that Mammoth (643738 meters), Fisher Ridge (197127 meters), Hidden River (33957 meters), Gradys (33957 meters), and Crumps Spring (17284 meters) are all located in Hart County (with Mammoth in a couple others).
Could these all be connected?

The Detroit Urban Grotto has been involved, fairly recently, in attempts to connect Fisher Ridge and Crumps Spring. FR extends beneath Crumps, but no connection has been made yet, that I know of. Fisher Ridge is not connected to Mammoth. I don't know anything about the other two.

Fisher Ridge is now 200421 m, so they are still "growing"
