beginning of time

I have never had such an awesome feeling as being underground looking at the fossils and stratus of rock that has locked time into the rock. I can not get that fix from any other source. Looking into the past, and realizing what was on the earth when the fossil record was deposited gives me great pleasure. The possible excretions of some sand creatures underwater fossilized forming tubular chert left hanging from the ceilings of limestone, so much to try to understand, and now not allowed? Very depressing, I guess I should see a doctor for this severe depression? I am sure that I can cope, but still having a hard time. I don't get to see the bats that I have admired for so many years, I don't get to explore the very past of mother earth, that I love and miss so much! What is wrong with those who knowingly close our earth depths for the wrong reason, without facts, without good reason? What is wrong with them?
